Donald Trump-Elon Musk Live: Historic Interview Begins with Trump Recounting the Harrowing Day He Was Shot

Elon Musk is conducting a live interview with Donald Trump tonight on X. This marks a significant shift for Musk, who has recently shown support for the former president, especially after an attempted assassination on Trump. The interview is expected to dive into Musk’s increasing involvement in Republican politics, despite past disagreements with Trump on issues like electric vehicles.

Given Musk’s vested interests, topics like Tesla’s future, electric vehicle regulations, and space exploration may also come up. The two might find common ground on cryptocurrency, where Trump has positioned himself as a proponent.

After a delay, Musk finally started the conversation and the two discussed Trump’s assassination. Trump on his attempted assassination, “Not pleasant. I knew immediately it was a bullet. I also heard people shout ‘bullets bullets.’ It was a terrible thing. One of the miracles was that nobody ran. They saw that I was hurt. It was almost like they wanted to be with me.”

Trump about immigration:

“I had all these policies that were so good. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden just let it go. We had everything passed. We were setting records. They (Kamala and Joe) could do things right now. These people are fake. She (Kamala) is more incompetent than he (Joe) is. 22 people came from Congo recently, they are all murderers.”

Trump reflected on Joe Biden’s tenure and recalled how he shut down a pipeline, which could have provided jobs for almost 50,000 people. However, Trump said that Biden approved the Russian pipeline. Talking about his relationship with Putin, he said, “I had a good relationship with Putin. He respected me. We would talk a lot about Israel.” Trump once again called Biden ‘sleepy joe’ and worst President and said that Russia would have never attacked Israel if Biden was a good president.

“We have a defective government. We have millions of people coming in a month and then Kamala gets up and tries to pretend she’s gonna do something. She had three and a half years and they have another five months but they won’t do anything. He (Joe) said things that were so stupid. It is so sad. Many more people have been killed in Ukraine. But if they win, the country will go out of business,” he said.

Again taking a dig at Biden, he said, “Our country is becoming a very dangerous place. And he is a radical left San Francisco liberal and now he (Joe Biden wants to be ‘more Trump than Trump’. I don’t think it’s possible. He wants to release prisoners, some of them are really bad. He is a radical left lunatic.”
