This Altcoin May Have Had Sales from the Developer’s Wallet – They Still Have a Large Amount of Tokens
According to Onchain data, an investor wallet affiliated with the LayerZero (ZRO) development team or a very early investor has moved $3.61 million worth of ZRO tokens to cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
These tokens were transferred to the cryptocurrency wallet in question approximately 1.5 years ago.
There are currently 4 million ZRO tokens in the wallet, worth $7.23 million. At the time of writing, LayerZero has a total market value of $195 million, so we can say that this whale wallet holds a significant portion of the total supply.
If we examine other interesting whale movements, we see that a crypto whale woke up from a 1.5-year sleep and staked 7,182 ETH worth $18.08 million through Lido Finance today. This whale purchased the ETH in question on Binance in a stash of $22.96 million, and currently has a loss of $4.87 million from this purchase.
The whale wallet could have recouped some of its losses if it had staked these ETHs earlier.
